Good stay, as always. Friendly and amazing stuff, warm family room. Variety of supplies in the room: central heating, a writing desk, and a work desk. Particularly good and marvellous location, within a walking distance of everywhere. 9 miles away from Edinburgh airport.

I really enjoyed having coffee, tea, butter, fresh bread, and jam in the morning. Everyone was friendly and the host was wonderful. the B&B is in a fantastic location, very close to a train station, and Lincoln Theatre is just 2 miles away.

Convenient Location 📍
